Overview

Gabriellini Visuals collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, plan visual media work, discuss print orders, and maintain basic site security.

Information submitted through forms

If you submit an inquiry, the form may collect your name, email, optional phone number, session type, property address or shoot location, team or organization name, desired date or timeframe, optional budget range, message, and consent confirmation. The information is used to respond to the inquiry and plan photography, media, or print services.

Spam protection

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions are legitimate. Turnstile may process limited technical information as described by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Inquiry storage

Inquiry notifications are sent to the configured business email. If an optional Cloudflare KV backup is enabled, a copy may be retained for operational recovery and deleted according to the configured retention policy.

Analytics

No analytics service is required for this launch version. If analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before public use.
